I can only recommend brand optics. A large selection of prescription eyeglass frames that will be made the next day according to your needs, at very reasonable prices. I also got sunglasses from there and I am very satisfied with how well they protect my eyes. The owner of the optician will do everything for your satisfaction. Wir haben in diesem Geschäft für unseren Sohn zwei Brillen mit Sehstärke gekauft und die dritte Brille kostenlos dazu bekommen. Für unsere Tochter haben wir ebenfalls zwei Brillen mit Sehstärke gekauft und auch sie hat eine dritte Brille gratis erhalten. Ich selbst habe ebenfalls zwei Brillen mit Sehstärke gekauft und die dritte kostenlos dazu bekommen. Zusätzlich hat meine Frau vier Sonnenbrillen gekauft und ich drei Sonnenbrillen. Als besondere Überraschung bekam meine Frau eine Sonnenbrille geschenkt und ich ebenfalls eine Sonnenbrille als Geschenk. Insgesamt haben wir 16 Brillen erhalten, darunter 9 Brillen mit Sehstärke, und dafür nur 470 US-Dollar bezahlt. Was mich aber am meisten beeindruckt hat, war der außergewöhnliche Service. Das Geschäft hat für uns einen Termin bei einem deutschsprachigen Augenarzt organisiert, damit unsere Sehstärke professionell überprüft und die Werte noch einmal bestätigt werden konnten. Damit nicht genug: Wir wurden mit einem privaten Auto von unserem Hotel in Makadi abgeholt und nach dem Einkauf wieder zurückgebracht. Bereits am nächsten Tag wurden uns alle Brillen direkt ins Hotel geliefert. Der Service ist wirklich erstklassig, die Preise sind hervorragend und das gesamte Team ist äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich, dass man uns nach Erhalt der Brillen sogar angerufen hat, um nachzufragen, ob alles in Ordnung ist und wir zufrieden sind. Ich spreche Arabisch und habe die Preise in mehreren Optikgeschäften in Hurghada verglichen. Dieses Geschäft bot mit Abstand das beste Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Vielen herzlichen Dank für diesen großartigen Service! Wenn wir wieder Brillen brauchen, wird dieses Geschäft ganz sicher unsere erste Wahl sein. Had same day glasses, done, funny thing is I like them so much requested 2 more pairs done and had them done by the next day before my flight. Quality, price, And it’s been a couple months and the glasses are still in great condition, have antiglare and transitional glasses made with great quality. I am definitely a returning customer.
